The concept is great
It’s lovely to be rewarded for the stock we carry; but frustrating that we may have a different size or PM pack of a particular item that isn’t included in the reward.
Repetition of the same brands is a bit annoying.
I also have an Apple iPhone and it is very slow downloading pictures.
As a very small independent we have a huge variety of spirits, but maybe only 1 bottle and not the 3 they need to claim a reward.

Much improved
The shopt app has improved since I first downloaded it. The how to add staff video is especially useful when unable to be present when remembering there are rewards to be claimed. It’s understandable Location services are necessary so people don’t take the picture elsewhere so a staff member taking a quick picture means useful money to help with shrinkage and additional rewards. Useful also to see NPD.

Need improvement
App is slow on iPhone 13
1.Getting approved for products you scan take days
2.Some times make sure to pay for price mark or non price mark because, some products we sell price mark and some we sell non price mark but its the same exact product.
