Helpful visual reference to yoga newcomers.

This is a great visual tutorial, perfect for anyone who has never done yoga before and wants to learn some basic poses. There is a video of a woman doing the poses as well as a voiceover describing HOW to do them

At first I found the soundtrack of the waves really annoying, but quite quickly, as my mindset altered, I actually found them really pleasant. I particularly like how, once you’ve finished the poses the sound of the waves just continues. This allows you to relax or meditate really well.

Personally I think it’s a great idea to watch it all a few times to become familiar with the moves and how to do them. Then, when you start doing the workout the audio description helps you remember what you’re supposed to be doing so that you don’t have to keep looking back at the screen to see what you should be doing.

Straightforward and Simple start

As a complete beginner I wanted a short fully guide session as I learnt. This has provided it nicely. Clear and straightforward instructions, well paced. I like the repetition each day as I learn. Just want I wanted. I haven’t purchased any add on yet but may as I gain experience and if it gets too repetitive.

I love this app, it's simply amazing! It's a combination for beginners and advance yoga practice. So easier to do in your own comfort at home. Really impressed with this app. Would highly recommend.
