Experience

Good value for money but not worth the hassle. Drivers either come early or really late l. When speaking to customer service very rude.

THE WORST CAB EXPERIENCE EVER

and it wasn’t just one time. Whenever I try to book a cab from the app, i get my bookings cancelled. Just now i had an emergency and booked a cab through the app. The cab dispatched 2-3 minutes later and as i’m tracking him i could see how the driver purposely turned onto the wrong road which was 1 minute away from my house! He just stood there while i’m watching him on my app, then he called me and i’ve told him that i’m waiting outside at the address that is shown on the app. He tell me he’s coming and cancelled my cab because “the was unable to find me” Forst of all, how can you find me if you know perfectly well that you’re on the wrong road? This is like 10th time it happens. For some reason your cab drivers decide to just make people wait for no reason and then cancel their rides because they are to lazy to find the person and follow the right address. Now i missed my appointment because of how irresponsible your workers are! Shame!

They lost me as their customer

I had such an awful experience with them lately. There were late more than 30min three times in a row and lately we had a horrible journey with them going to the airport - the drive itself was ridiculous and the driver was late 40minutes. The app showed our driver is 2 minutes away so we went outside of our flat (it has a tricky entrance) and then the driver just turned and went somewhere else leaving us standing at the main road, in the rain, at 4am for almost 40minutes!! We had to run the the gate to catch our plane and were last to enter the aircraft, 2 more minutes and we wouldn’t make it whereas we planned ahead to have at least 1.5h spare at the airport. Unacceptable!!!
