Absolutely rubbish since the update. Constantly freezing seriously thinking about switching to BT.

ridiculously poor for for a tech company; even tech support is overwhelmed way outside busy hours - shocking service - cancelling all services.
Sky I’d
Yeah same here, hopefully they get it sorted, it’s really frustrating, I preferred the original sky Q app better!!!!!
