SolaxCloud is a monitoring App enabling the end-user and the agent to check the inverter status, yield, load consumption and exported energy anytime with the help of cloud data analysis.
End-users can use either remote or local login to view the real-time data and change settings of the inverter, but agent can only use the remote login to view the site information and inverter data due to user privacy protection reason.
Description of End-user Login:
After successful user login, end-users can check various data including site name, panel size, inverter No., battery status, alarm information, inverter yield, load consumption, exported energy and etc. SolaxCloud collects and processes data every 5 mins, users can depend on the dynamic flow chart to monitor the power among panels, inverter, battery, grid and load.
At the same time, if inverter data is online, users can change the settings including Date & time, safety, power factor, work mode, charger and etc. Please kindly note that the password will be required to enter Advance and Super parameters setting.
Description of Agent Login:
After successful agent login, agent can not only check the user, site, inverter list and authorization status, but also the account details including contact person, address, system commission date, rated power, user name, yield today and yield total.
I know this is not certified for use on MacOS, but as long as the software is properly developed it should work fine on a Mac. It does launch fine on a Mac but certain things do not work, like returning from the Details screen - my guess is that instead of using a proper system call to handle the button it has been hard-coded in a way that only works on an iOS device.
The app works well overall, but there are two usability issues that really need attention.

First, the default home screen is dominated by a large 3D house graphic that takes up a significant amount of space while providing very little useful information. The more functional layout — showing solar, grid, home, and battery clearly — is already available by swiping, and is far more effective.This makes the default screen feel overly decorative rather than practical, especially on iPad where screen space should be used efficiently. A simplified, data-focused layout (similar to the swipe view) would be a much better default.Second, the graph colours are a real usability problem. The yellow and green used are too similar in tone and brightness. While some users can distinguish them, many people will struggle, especially at a glance or in different lighting conditions.In some cases, the colour labelled as yellow appears visually indistinguishable from green, which undermines the reliability of the graph.This isn’t just a preference issue — it affects accessibility and clarity. A graph should be instantly readable, but the current colour choice makes it harder than it needs to be.Previous versions used a blue tone, which provided much clearer separation between data. The current colours are a step backwards.A simple fix would be to increase contrast by using more distinct colour families (for example, green and blue or green and cyan), especially as blue tones are already used elsewhere in the app.Please consider revising these areas — they would make a significant improvement to usability and consistency.
Not very user-friendly for users of iPhones using VoiceOver I am blind

I am sure this is a gorgeous pretty looking up if you can see all the beautiful lines and features of the app however the app is not very accessible for someone using an iPhone with VoiceOver. I am blind, we have spent a lot of money on this system, for me really not to be able to monitor what is going on with my system. Something needs to be done with the app, this sort of technology must be accessible for people with disabilities, it’s a basic Human right today. I would love to hear from the developer of this app, and how we could work together, to make this application inclusive for everyone. Kind regards.

Setting up my Solax inverter using this application has been an incredibly frustrating and time-wasting experience. I've attempted the setup countless times without success. The video tutorials on your website are for an outdated app version and are completely useless for the current interface. This is truly low-quality software. If I wasn't concerned about my warranty, I would have already replaced the entire inverter just to avoid using this 'stupid app' any further. You are not forced to release such a poorly designed and dysfunctional application.
