Soundscapes
Nine ambient tracks for rest, focus and sleep. Ocean waves, dawn chorus, binaural beats, gentle river, rainy lo-fi and ambient piano. Set a sleep timer and let a track fade out as you drift off, or loop it through the night.
Guided Rituals
Three guided sessions for the moments you need them. Quick Reset to steady your breathing, Settle Your Mind when thoughts are racing, and Release The Tension to soften a tight body.
Sensory Rituals
Step-by-step wind-down rituals you can follow and check off at your own pace, refreshed each day.
Works completely offline
Every track and session is stored on your device. No account, no sign-up, no connection needed. Open the app and begin.
Built for calm
Deep, low-light design, background playback, and lock screen controls so you can put your phone down and simply listen.
Soothr also pairs with the Soothr sensory kit, a range of rest and relaxation products including pillow spray, magnesium butter, affirmation cards and a calming rollerball. The app includes a guide to using each one. The kit is optional and the app is fully usable on its own.
