Probably the single most frustrating application I’ve ever used. I’ve been “using” this app for a couple of years now I think and there hasn’t been a single instance of being able to just log in and make a payment easily. It just stops working for no reason at all. Whether on WiFi, 4G or even 3G on some occasions, it just doesn’t do anything. You click on continue and nothing. It can take me 3-4 days to process a payment just because I give up and try again another day. Multiple combinations are required just to be able to pay. It’s truly truly awful. Just go to the website on a proper browser and you’re sound. Don’t use this app, it’s horrendous.

This App is absolutely useless. 2 years I have been trying to use this app and I get the same result all the time. The screen freezes and lets you do absolutely nothing with it when trying to process a payment. The lasteast thing I have been locked out because I can’t remember my password, not bother you would think I’ll reset it. Oh no you won’t the reset link that is meant to send you email never actually gets sent to you. Honestly the biggest pile of rubbish I’ve ever used.SORT IT OUT IT ANNOYING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

Great App, refreshing look and easy to use. Only criticism is that the DD date could be confusing if looking at the app mid month and DD says it will be taken before the expected date. Maybe think about rewording if it’s an option. This will stop confusion, or customers worrying if they have funds in their accounts to pay their bill. Otherwise great app making it easier to keep track of my bill and it has the relevant contact details if I need to speak to anyone to sort any issues.

I downloaded this app to try and help keep track of my water bill alongside my other utilities, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do the same, you can never log back into your account, you can’t reset your password, when your phone up in business hours only you can have your account deleted to reactivate again then you can log in once before does it again. Has to be the worst app I’ve come across….
