Mailagent Account Deactivation/Deletion Logic Update: (Internal Topic): Implemented changes to enhance the logic governing the deactivation and deletion of mailagent accounts, ensuring a smoother and more efficient process.

Bug Fixes:

MFM Business Private Receivers Query: Resolved the issue where no pictures of the postage were displayed in the MFM Business Private Receivers query. Now all relevant images are accurately presented.

Improvements:

- Pop-up Notification for Mailagents: Introducing a pop-up notification to alert users when a mailagent attempts to post at an Outreach.
- Enhanced Posting Location Information: Users can now access more detailed information about the posting location when reporting bundles.
- PPI Panellist Product Confirmation: PPI Panellists are now required to confirm products when reporting postings, ensuring accurate and reliable data.
- Incentive Rule Modifications: Adjustments have been made to the incentive rules for CDM businesses, providing a more transparent and enhanced experience.
UX: Overall user experience improvements to make the app more seamless and user-friendly.

Issue with notifications & bank holidays

Notifications are a recent addition to the app, the full notification cannot be seen on the phone and when clicking on it although it takes you to the app there is nothing to see/do! So it cannot be resolved/actioned.
The app/notifications are “unaware” of UK bank holidays… I’m being instructed and chased to post an item on a bank holiday which is contrary to the written paperwork/instructions.
The screenshots give the impression of a fully functioning app but much of the functionality still isn’t available.
The recent Royal Mail strikes have resulted in deadlines being passed/missed prior to me receiving the bundles but I’m still being chased as though I’ve done something wrong!

Can be a rotten piece of software

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this really is a frustrating piece of software filled with far too many bugs, time-out errors, unrecognised barcodes and crashes. On too many occasions I’ve been at a post box or inside a post office faffing around trying to get it to load or scan the barcode (resulting in the spinning wheel of doom!). Sometimes you just have to give up, make a mental note of the time, and register it at a later date rather than at the location. A streamlined process under this new company but let down by a hit-and-miss app. Navigation and overall look of the app is fine however.

Amateurs

It’s like wading through treacle, sometimes it’s just so slow to respond I’m thinking of giving up. I received post today and eventually got it to register, I think as I also got a timed out notification. I need to return the envelope inside but it hasn’t shown up anywhere on the app yet. I know it’s still early days but you need to up your game. Kantar was a professional outfit but this looks and feels like some MP developed this in his spare time.
