What is Springfields Outlet?
Springfields Outlet is a 200,000 sq ft retail scheme with 25 acres of leisure attractions set in beautiful landscaped gardens. The leading shopping and leisure destination in the East of England, it includes 54 outlet stores, nine restaurants, a 58,000 sq ft garden centre and a 43-bedroom hotel. I arrived at 9-30 on Saturday and both electric charge pods were in use. I have been again at 4 pm and the same 2 cars still on. As they are supposed to be for customers I do wonder why. We are staying at the travel lodge so . I also tried to become a vip so I could enter for the MG, I spent 45 minutes trying but it wouldn’t work, I spoke to 2 other people who said they had given up. I have had a walk around and the gardens are beautiful.

I just love Springfields. What a lovely environment to shop and get a discount on high end clothing and goods. It’s a bit of a drive for me but just makes me smile even if I don’t want to buy anything it’s a nice day out. Lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Christmas has just kicked in and sparkly lights line the main walkways. Oh and not to forget very reasonable parking fees which again keeps people coming back regularly. My ‘go to’ place 😜.
Parking app waste of time

Used the parking app to put credit on so I could save time having to queue at a machine and find change. The app took my money but 3 hours later it still wasn’t showing as credit so I had to use the machines! No where on the app does it tell you that you have to completely log out and back in again for the credit to show. I have never experienced any other app on my phone where you have to do this either. Somewhat of an amateur app!! After emailing customer services i got a reply several hours after I had left telling me to log out and back in the app. Still waiting for my money back as I won’t be using a poorly developed app again!

Still same problems with app, but introduced new ones with update

The new update from 5 days ago has occurred. I have found that it still logs you out for no good reason at random times. Still getting pestered about personalised messages about offer direct to phone when you decline that function. The parking feature now asks you to pay by card/ stored card on phone, and does not access any stored credit from previous loading onto app before update, and seems no way to get this money back.Not good. Stability for paying for parking also still dodgy on iPhone, and only sometime works.
