When it sort of works, it’s rubbish. Because it’s slow, clunky, really badly designed, a clearly budget effort basically. For the last couple of weeks though, it won’t even let me log in. It just hangs for ever. So now it’s not even rubbish, it’s absolute junk. I have to go to the website to log in and add money to child’s squid account for lunch. Pointless even suggesting there is an app. But I guess if you have a multi year contract that lets you off the hook on the app, you probably don’t have any incentive to invest in it. If there was any other option, we’d choose it immediately.

Rubbish app that never works, stops you logging in even when you have all the codes. Schools should stop using this app as trying to credit money to your child’s account or paying for school trips is impossible. Customer service? Non existent. No phone number, just an email address with a three day response time. Now I know why they don’t want to talk to anyone. Schools - try going back to accepting Bacs payments and cash from parents- it may be a bit of an issue but it is legal tender after all!!!

Had to use the service as my sons school uses this and I don’t have an option as they are cashless. Tried to contact customer service but you can only contact them via email and the lead time is 3 WORKING DAYS, have tried to sort out the issue via email and it’s been more than a week and 3 emails later nothing has happened yet. Seems like it’s run by someone from their spare bedroom good for them but not good for us parents who don’t have a choice but to use the service.
