USELESS

Tried this app as I thought it would make it easier to keep track of what I had paid and off which item. Believed it would show me how much I had spent, how much I had left to spend. Boy was I wrong, paid off an item twice , and it won't update that I have paid the item off, so am going to have to contact them or I will be charged. I normally pay £50 but made a payment for £200 to bring the amount owed down, but it didn't like that, took over week for it to show that I had, even though the money had gone out of my bank, when I called them they said, the system got used to me paying £50 and because I had paid more, I had to wait 5 working days from the date of payment before it would adjust the amount I had to spend, even though the money had gone out of my bank, I still had to wait. Am deleting the app and just going to use the online website.

Oops..something went wrong!! 🤬

The number of times I’ve had this happen then found the money had been debited from my bank account. Had to then wait for four days to find out that the money hadn’t in fact been taken by Argos after all and recredited to my account. This is unbelievably frustrating and annoying as it’s something of a lottery between the app crashing, the dreaded “Oops...” message, or rarely, the payment actually gets taken. This would otherwise be a good app if it worked reliably and above all consistently. It does encourage people to think that this might be deliberately buggy, especially when coming towards the end of a BNPL plan which will incur large interest if not paid & received by the deadline .... Surely not though eh??

Poor Updates on payments made!

This app is badly in need of a revamp! It’s ok to view stuff from over 72 hours prior, I have also paid twice on occasion and it takes a week to get the refund of second payment to show. I have several BNPL separate accounts, with different end dates, so pay off each one separately, it gets stuck in “wait one moment...” until you switch your mobile off and on again! WARNING ⚠️ once you’ve paid and confirmed your bank transaction, don’t pay again! It will be taken from your bank almost immediately so trust your banking app! I also have a Direct Debit set up so the minimum amount comes out at the right time, just in case I’m faffing about with this app! 🤨. Stress Level: 8/10!
