Had trouble with earlier update but I reset cam and installed this latest update and it now finds and views camera.

Why don’t the developer also have an older stable version available to install as a lot of people rely on this software to use their cameras. Look at the rate of recent releases! Developers should not use us users as their beta testers without informing us.

That is problem with apple appstore not making it easy to go back to your previous version of an app. I am turning off auto update now this version is working for me.

Updated 8th Aug- 4.8 has now fixed all the problems I was having and had saved me £150 on new cameras which were coming today!! As this is so important for us, please don’t break it again- thank you!

Can not connect after new update just crashes me out all the time! Got 5 cameras that now don’t work..!! Tried deleting and reinstall but still crashes out!! PLEASE PLEASE fix this issue ASAP!!!

Update- I now can’t view with WiFi as it shuts down or with 4G as it says time out error 2 so now I can’t view them at all..!! Go back to 4.5 before you messed it all up, we have 5 cameras being used for medical purposes, I have life threatening conditions and these are used to keep me safe now we have nothing and can’t afford to buy 5 cameras just like that! Come on get your act together please!!

I have cameras that use 3 different apps, from work and home and this app and the cameras are as good as any.
I brought 2 of the internal moveable cameras (after neighbours had break in’s) and they look smart and so simple to connect.
You can’t expect more for £36 for 2 cameras.
Tip: connect them using the Ethernet cable, enter the WiFi password in settings and then disconnect the Ethernet cable and all ready for WiFi (the other way can be a bit hit and miss) The WiFi does need to be 2.4ghz not 5 so check your router first, if you use BT you need to google about changing the settings to 2.4ghz.
