If you want a challenging game that will give you hours of play, buy this classic. It looks gorgeous, it's art style and atmosphere are perfectly cartoonish and it has some great music too. It's a squad, turn based game pitching your plucky steambots against changing and increasingly difficult enemies. As you progress you unlock better weapons, character skills and each character has two slots for upgrades and perks. Coupled with the advancing enemy difficulty and the various tactics and abilities they have means you have to plan your moves carefully, go in guns blazing on anything but the easy settings and you'll get destroyed. Learn how to use your team and you pull of some spectacular devastation, taking on a level you struggled with earlier and blitzing all your enemies without taking a hit is very satisfying. One of the most appealing tactics is the use of ricochet by both you and your enemies, sending a bullet half way across the map and bouncing it off 2 walls to hit an enemy in the back of the head never fails to satisfy. On every platform this game has been well reviewed, it deserves it on touchscreen too as it works perfectly. Can't wait to see what comes next.
