Extremely cinematic atmospheric sounds
Very distinctive sound this synth has. I like the interface and the complexity of the synth engine. Some of the presets would fit horror movie very well.

Well worth the money.
Equal parts fascination and frustration
On the plus side, this app can produce fabulous, eerie, otherworldly noises. There's tons of variations, and much to play with. BUT, these guys shoot themselves in the foot with shoddy coding. For example, Stria only works under AudioBus with a filter if you first set the output to iPad speaker! Worse, the File Manager open-in function is confusing, as it doesn't allow importing of samples, and only allows output of in-app products.

ApeSoft create the most amazing and fun to use tools for soundscapes and music creation. I can't wait to create some wonderful sounds with the latest update which looks uber cool.
