Problems purchasing

I seem to be having a problem purchasing. The magazine downloads but when I go back to read it later in the app it has no record of my purchase and is asking me to buy again. This has happened twice. The money has been taken each time and there is a record of the transaction in the App Store. When it does work, it’s great to be able to access digitally.

Shuts down while reading

Fairly certain I have the most recent update, however for the past 2-3 weeks it’s started to close midway through an article. Upon opening its as if the app shut down. This happens every time I’ve been reading for about 15 minutes and puts me off using the app even though I have paid for a subscription.
Other wise the app takes a bit of time to get used to the navigation, it would be great to be able to bookmark a page you can return to on reopening.

Love stylist but app glitches

I love Stylist magazine and am delighted to have the app back. However, I do find it crashes frequently, especially on iPhone but also on iPad. Often it crashes before I can even read an article. I also have to ‘restore purchases’ every time I want to use it - it’s quick to do this but it would be better if it remembered that I have a paid subscription.
