Several issues, stopped supplying readers to my customers
-When creating an invoice online the “Due Date” keep going back to “paid” even when selecting “Due Today” manually
-When creating invoice online you can only write the goods item name correctly the 1st time in the “Name” box because when trying to correct a spelling mistake after typing, the curser keeps jumping to the end of the name box. You have to delete the entire box & retype even for a minor spelling mistake
-In the app I typed a “Description” under the Name box & the description won’t show in the invoice after downloading it.
-Still cannot edit a saved invoice in the app after creating it. Can only edit online after creating it in the app.
-Still cannot “Save to Files” after viewing the downloaded invoice in the web browser
Increasing my stars (to 3 from 1) because Sum Up seems to have made an effort when I re tried after a long time. Had stopped using & supplying to customers on my last review. But if the above items are sorted I may consider to start using & supplying 3G readers to customers again. Worst thing for a supplier (including us) is when a customer approaches you with these issues & you don’t know how you can resolve it for them because you’re relying on Sum Up yourself. For one of my customers I ended up making a template on Google Sheets to use in the meanwhile while Sum Up sorts the issues out.

Iv been using the app & 2 card readers since November Never had any issues transactions are a breeze & work every time has made the queues go much fast with been able to pay by card & the my product section is brilliant the only down side that I have is stock control if a item goes out of stock there is no way to set stock limits so the button can’t be pressed on the app & discounts would be great instead of needing to type in the amount & for it not to show on the invoice they have received a discount as some offered we have is for 0 pound there is no way to discount it or set it up in my products with out needing to add a price so it’s currently set to 1p it would be great to add a discount option so product can be discounted by a % or £ off the items selected show the discount shows up on the invoice & not needing to have separate products of the same thing set up in my products
I started out with payleven and now useless no the sumup model. Works okay as long as you have signal, the payments do take too long to go in to your bank but I’ll be told that’s down to my bank... and my other issue is that every time I use the card reader I have to go through the set up process as my I phone will not find the device otherwise. I never had an issue when using the payleven card reader so I’m not sure as to why it’s changed. I have been told to contact the help team which I have but to no avail. Both devices have been reset numerous times but it still carry’s in the same, so I’ve just used to asking my customers to wait while I set it up...
