Simple and it works

Worked well for me, ID verification is pretty standard Know Your Customer banking compliance stuff they have to do and taking payment from a linked card worked really smoothly. The Apple Pay integration is a really nice touch.

Refused to honour £5 sign up discount - do not recommend!

I signed up to this app to get a £5 discount to pay a merchant. The app had issues from the start. First, it kept having technical issues and didn’t accept payment when I tried to pay using my AMEX via Apple Pay. After manually entering my AMEX details, the app recorded that I would receive my £5 discount but then charged me full price.

I contacted customer support to have the £5 discount manually credited to me but they refused to do this. Their customer service bizarrely asked if I’d taken a screenshot of their app payment screen recording that the discount had been applied - as if I should have anticipated there’d be a technical issue with their app!

Do not recommend.

This app is a SCAM - don’t trust it.

I tried to pay two transactions; they took the money out of my account - one sum was a completely random amount that was not linked to the amount of the payment I was making - they then declined the transaction with the store and moved the money they had taken into the ‘my wallet’ section on the app - I can’t even transfer the money back to my account. I contacted their customer services who advised me that it’s not their problem and to follow up with my bank. I have requested a refund of the money they took from my bank account but have not heard back.
