Excellent app
This app is absolutely excellent. My doctors asked me to write a symptom diary. This couldn’t be easier and so versatile. You can adapt it to your needs perfectly and write down extra information each day or as you go along. Would be great for a migraine symptom diary too. The support desk also go above and beyond to help you with any problems and are very prompt and efficient in answering you. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who needs to or wants to keep a record of their symptoms.
Amazing app
I really really love this app I went through a lot of other apps trying to find the right one to document my symptoms etc and this one ticked all the boxes, I couldn’t say much better,
amazing has a great format very easy to use but very beneficial creates a graph to show doctors etc which is very helpful when going to lots of doctors appointments and you don’t have to explain everything multiple times. Overall 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Have been using it for over a year now and it is really helpful !! Thanks for the multiple user feature .The app is really clear simple to use uncluttered and you can custom it to your particular needs .The report function is great too especially when you have to visit the GP or Hospital .I have fybromaliga among other health issues ,so it's really useful that I can input my own symptoms and treatments.
