My psychiatrist lives this app

I shared my data from this app with my psychiatrist and he loved it so much he recomends it to all his patients now. It’s easy to do, nice to look at and is easy to review how my mood is changing.

Feature suggestions

The app works great and i like the features and graphics. Id say it would be helpful to have a more coherent color palette for manic and depressive moods, like keep a color for each and change the color intensity/ brightness depending on severity. Also FOR THE LOVE OF GOOD PUT ALL THE POSSIBLE MOODS WHEN ASKING FOR MY HIGHEST AND LOWEST MOODS OF THE DAY BC SOMETIMES IM DEPRESSED AND MY HIGHEST MOOD ISNT “ NEUTRAL” ITS WAY LOWER. And vice versa when im manic sometimes the lowest mood is “manic” or at least “happy”. Like why put a ceiling and floor on my mood fluctuations. Anyways other than that love the app

Well done

It helps keep on track on my condition and therefore manage it better. Thank you!
