Tawasul App is the mobile version of the National Suggestions & Complaints System which is one of the essential eChannels that enable citizens and residents to submit their suggestions and complaints to any government entity in Kingdom of Bahrain easily at any time and from anywhere by utilizing the mobile features that add more value to the services. Every government entity in Tawasul has assigned a dedicated team to handle the suggestions and complaints according to a pre-set performance indicator and timeframe based on the case category.

Fast & Efficient
One of the best if not the best governmental app in Bahrain.However,it would be even better if you include other institutions that you can communicate with including CSB,traffic etc.Also update the app in a way where the response can include new attachments. Increase the number of characters that can be used. Agree or disagree to close a case should be an option with each reply.
