A wonderful resource!

This app is unbelievably helpful and a wonderful resource for everyone! What I love about it most is that it greets you personally at different times of the day when you go online and you can use the ‘quick tools’ section to ground yourself/ do some ‘calming breathing’ and ‘express yourself’ in your own journaling space (where you can note down and reflect upon how you are feeling/ how your day is going/ what you are grateful for/ your personal insights and compassionate intentions). It is incredibly well designed, thought through and especially encouraging, as if you had your very own compassion coach by your side. Your commitment is even praised with a daily running ‘streak’ count! And as a result helps you form healthy and consistent compassionate habits. The quote from Pema Chodron is perfect too regarding the importance of self-kindness whilst cultivating compassion for oneself and for others. In a nutshell, this app is nothing short of amazing! Definitely one for keeps!

Great app - incredible bargain

I attended the self-compassion course with Chris (and at the time Charlie) a number of years back, having read Prof Paul Gilbert’s book: The Compassionate Mind. It was fantastic and really helped my work in improving my own self-compassion. Years later I find myself struggling again and I’ve found this app to be the perfect revision. If you’re interested in learning about the subject and helping yourself with yours the entire course is here at a bargain price and you can do it in bite-sized chunks that really don’t take much effort at all. Thanks to the whole team for creating this wonderful space for anyone who needs it (the reality is we all need it, especially these days). 🙏

Great Compassion App

I’m a clinical psychologist practicing Compassion Focused Therapy. I got this app for myself to boost my self-compassion practice and also to try it out before recommending it to others. I will definitely be recommending it to clients to do alongside their therapy. The app has got a calming feel to it and gives information in a clear and accessible way. There’s just the right amount of info on key areas and I also like that it’s interactive as well as personalised. The tool box is amazing - so many audio resources in one place, I’m not sure which one to pick first! Thank you for creating a brilliant compassion app - very impressive.
