More of a summary than actual lessons

I've given it four stars because it does give a lot of useful and concise information, but it doesn't really explain some things at all.
- the "key signature calculation" lesson makes little sense to this "theory novice" for example.

However it's very useful to help you understand what you've learned elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend using this app in isolation. But I would recommend using it as an extra resource.

A beautifully presented summary of music theory, presented cleanly, accurately and quietly: Great value.

EXACTLY what I need! Brilliant!

This is one of the best music apps I have purchased! I am looking at improving my general knowledge of music theory and this is by far the best, most informative and easy to understand app I have ever purchased. The step by step method is second to none. More apps should use this process of learning, it's absolute brilliant! As for content, ive only just started but it seems very thorough and covers small important detail too. It would be fantastic if there were a series of these in grade order, I'm positive that this app would quickly become number 1 in music theory apps then :-) brilliant! 5 stars!
