The app is fine for very basic things like checking your appointments and booking more, however there are a lot of things that could be improved with it. First of all, it is essentially impossible to use the ‘reschedule’ function if you have booked more than one session in advance, as when you go to reschedule, the calendar is sitting on the last date you booked an appointment for and it isn’t possible to go back. This means you have to cancel all future appointments and then book all of them from the beginning again. There is also no way of checking how many sessions you have left for things, E.g. I bought 10 sessions of laser for both under arms and bikini at separate times and have no idea how far along I am with either. Even checking prices or deals to buy new packages/treatments is impossible to navigate and I always end up having to just use the website instead. It’s a good concept but a LOT of work required to make it function as it is intended.

I booked my treatments two months ago but because of the app reset password function (which doesn’t work) I’m stuck trying to get access to my account. I’ve tried calling but the line is always engaged or you get cut off mid conversation. It shouldn’t be this hard to book appointments and the whole experience has put me off booking with Therapie ever again. They were quick to call you daily for money but when you need help they ignore your calls, emails and WhatsApp messages. Please sort out customer logins!!! It really isn’t good customer service and if I reset a password, the verification to my email should be instant, but it never appears!

Have been using the app to book appointments and fill in pre treatment questionnnaires. Have had no problems with using it. But some features that would make things a lot quicker and easier: see the details of past appointments- I’m trying to work out where I am in my treatments and as I am having multiple treatments and can’t see any detail on past treatment it’s not very helpful. And secondly when booking appointments it’d be really helpful if treatments could be put together for the app to then find long enough slots - at the moment I have to manually look for times and dates and work out if there will be enough time for my multiple treatments.
