Description

Our Run30 programme is a simple, easy to follow walk/run programme. Based on minutes moving rather than pace or distance, our low pressure approach to exercise has already supported thousands of women to move more in these challenging times. The 24 coached sessions are all between 30 and 45 minutes, ideal for the current restrictions on time outdoors.

You can start wherever you feel comfortable and repeat sessions if you need to, all with the support of TMR Founder, Mel Bound who will encourage you, give you supportive tips, and let you know when to run and when to walk.

Its a great programme to follow with your kids too - a perfect addition to their daily PE.

Our Run30 programme features:

Access to 24 Coached Sessions for life
Never run before? No idea how to start or how you'll fit it in? No problem.
Receive session by session coaching from TMR founder Mel Bound plus tips and advice from women who have completed the programme. Take 2 months, or 12 - this is all about doing at your own pace and we’ll show you how. The app provides guided running sessions and integrates with HealthKit, so that all your exercise data will also be available in your Health app.

Feel Part of a Community
Get inspiration and advice from TMR community members, who share their experiences, highs and lows, tips and hacks for getting started - and keeping going! And join a global community of Mums doing the programme too.

Advice you can Trust
Our bodies change post kids, and we know you have loads of questions. So our specialist women’s physio, Clare Callaghan, shares her advice on everything from leaky pelvic floors to the menopause, from running after a c-section, to how to cope with diastastis. She really knows her stuff.

Give it a go - try the first session on us
Put on your trainers, head out the door and try the first session on us. With a mix of plenty of walking and short periods of running, this session will give you a gentle introduction to how the Run30 programme feels.

Made me a runner

I actually did the TMR Run 30 and Run 60 physical course back in 2017 before I was pregnant with my third. They made me a runner then. I never thought I’d run any kind of distance, let alone a 10k and TMR did that. My husband moved away after baby three so I couldn’t do the evening sessions any more. The app means I get the familiarity of the TMR structure with the freedoms to run when I have the time. I really like it. It’s got me running again. And I can run and listen to podcasts and Mel chips in when she needs to over the audio. One small thing, I could do with narration for the warm up and cool down sessions. I find I tend to do these outside and have to keep checking my phone to remind myself what the stretches are. But I almost have them memorised by session 6 so it’s a tiny issue.

More than just a running app. It’s a fab women’s running community app

This app is just wonderful and is more than just a running app. You can see how much personal thought and time went into the content and look. From Mel’s encouraging introductions to each session giving reassurance and top tips, to the clips from real women doing Run 30 in the TMR community, who are so inspirational and honest about their experiences. It’s also fun with lots of features like the community page, FAQs, physio room. All the questions we women want to ask but may feel silly to ask and then risk injury or low confidence. This app is so supportive for women who are living with the real daily struggle of carving out just enough time to keep happy and healthy for themselves and their families. I love the philosophy of women supporting women. We need so much more of those supportive behaviours in our world!

A different viewpoint

I’ve always thought of running as a distance event - I have to run 5k or 10k and my times have to improve and I have to run three times a week and I’ve always failed. It became even harder once I became a full time working mum. I’m exhausted most of the time - there is no parenting off switch! I decided to go for this app because I really liked the idea of running not a distance, not a specific distance within a time frame, but to just be able to run for 30 minutes. At my pace. There is no “how far did you go?” questioning at the end. I just followed the app and was guided by Mel. It’s very early days but there is something different about this way of training - this different mindset that makes me feel like the pressure is off. I got to the end of my first session and thought - I can do this!
