Could be better if added filters
Loved that there was an app for this. Just downloaded it yesterday and was pleased to see they have split the favourites into fitness and Nutrition categories rather than all lumped together.
What would be nice is to actually see what previous workouts you’ve done previously and when you did them.
It would also be great to apply more than one filter when searching for a workout. At the minute, you can search by intensity, trainer, time and type of exercise but not a variation of these e.g 10 minute boxing programmes at intermediate level. Another option would be to have it “sort” the workouts in order of preference.
All small changes that should be easy to implement but to me, very important elements of any app. You weren’t able to do these on the website version either. I would say it’s enough to put me off a long term subscription if I can’t see my workout history etc
Otherwise there is a great selection of workouts
Introduction
In the introduction of the app I was all ready and reading all the way through all the info here and saw that the app offers a 14 day free trial at the bottom, so I thought great.
Now upon downloading the app it states either login or start your 7 day free trial.
So as you can imagine I am confused as its conflicting information, please can you also clarify which is actually correct as well as what exactly the prices are for the month, quarterly or year access to this app as its nowhere to be found before starting the free trial.
Membership
I did a trial of the Own You Goals app and decided it wasn’t for me as I just haven’t got the time right now. I did this back in May 2022. I cancelled well in time to not incur a charge. It is now September and I am still being charged £9.99 per month. It is very frustrating that I cannot speak to someone to resolve this as to date now I have been charged nearly £40 for a service I am not using. The Chat on the app tells me to go to The Accounts then go to Billing. However when I do there is an error and I cannot cancel. I really want this resolving and a refund.
