Top Up Now (NI Customers‪)‬ 4+

I think being able to Top-Up on the App is fantastic. You have the convenience of not having to leave the house. Especially when you have only just wakened up. My Metre was beeping this morning and I was able to just get on the App and get more Electric without having the trouble of getting dressed even before you have had a cuppa and your shower. Then having the trouble of getting undressed have your shower and then have your breakfast when you come back after having purchased your top-up at your nearest store that has a Top-Up terminal. Well done Electric Ireland 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I used the ‘Guest Top Up’ option for a while and after losing my debit card and having to get a replacement card, I had to change my method of payment for my electricity top ups. My daughter set up my account with my new card and now it is so convenient, literally just a few clicks and my top up number is sent out immediately! No more entering details or trips to the shops to top up! Fab service!

I have tried ringing numerous times and have been on hold for over an hour every time. I did get through once (after 1 hour and 15 minutes) and booked for someone to come out to change the meter. I was giving a date and time (between 12-5). My husband took the day off and no one turned up, with no contact to say they wouldn’t be turning up. I have tried to contact them since and again have been on hold for over an hour each time. Absolute disgrace of a company and I will be switching as soon as I can.
