Make it more difficult to cancel
I cancelled unintentionally a non refundable flight because the cancel button was too big and I wanted to cancel one flight and it cancelled the whole package, so please make it more difficult to cancel especially non refundable stuff.

Great app, easy to use
I work in HE and when comparing with other colleagues in the sector, this is by 100 miles the best platform for work travel. I hear them complain about other platforms all the time but travelperk has great, and crucially, quick customer service for when you’re on the move and have an issue
Worst business travel app ever
Worst business travel app ever.
- Over priced. Amend hotel booking for one more night is more expensive to create a new booking at the same hotel.
- Booking same hotel on travelperk is often more expensive if you do it via other booking sites
- Book Sonder hotel with them. No check-in instructions. I have to call Sonder to find the booking and change it to my email, then need to download the Sonder app, upload my ID and wait for verification to see my check-in details. None of these info or steps were provided by travelperk.
