Mid Sept 2017: Great quick response from the developers. You can edit names using the share icon. And my search for non London hotels must have been a blip as it found hotels abroad no problem. Liking it!Early Sept 2017: I've been using Tripcase and was happy to see BCD produce this. Couple of early things to improve. Hotel searching - I wanted my Madrid hotel but it would only provide London results. Would also be good to merge trips and have opportunity to rename - I booked my return flight separately but cannot combine with outward flight.

Very easy to use and right amount of information available.
Sort of works but flawed design

Does sort of work, but has a critical design flaw: it aggressively signs you out and you can’t view tickets when signed out. It also doesn’t automatically integrate with the system password manager. This is very awkward if you are not expecting this behaviour (other travel apps don’t do this).Two of us almost were unable to access tickets while travelling, and had to rely on other mechanisms. Overall not really better than just using the website and emails. Though it does have the one useful feature that it does allow adding the tickets to Apple Wallet which is what saved me when I was let down by this app.
