Download & register the app, choose a preferred payment method, drive in and drive out of any Trust parking locations and let us do the rest.

– Automatic Payment –
Most car parks on Trust allow autopayment and you will be sent a notification when you enter the car park informing you the feature is available. An email receipt is sent after payment.

Automatic payment on exit is optional! You can also utilise the ‘pay now’ feature to pay for your parking then and there or up until midnight on the day of your parking sessions (not all car parks – check-in app for availability).

– Season Passes –
Some Trust car parks provide the ability to save money by buying a season pass for a period of time. This allows parking at any time the car park is open but does not guarantee a space (check-in app for availability)

Had to pay twice so £2 parking cost £10

Thought it was really good to start with! It was really clever how it knew what car park I was in and starting my parking session when I drove in without having to open the app! However, while I had automatic pay enabled when I left the car park, when I checked the app a few minutes later the parking session had not ended. I clicked end and paid £2.20, received an email receipt and this went out of my online banking and so I drove home. A couple of hours later, when I was actually saying how good the app was, I opened it to find my parking session was still active and was now up to over £6. I emailed Trust customer service with my receipt but the parking session continued to rise and so I paid again fearing a larger bill and a fine. I received a second email receipt and the money went out of my bank again but this time the parking ended. I emailed the second receipt to the customer services email but have had no response at all. Therefore I ended up paying £10 for a £2 parking ticket because the parking did not end the first time even though I had confirmation I had paid!

Poorly designed app and extremely slow support

Very difficult to set up profile on app. Car not automatically logged in some car parks but in others it logs you twice for the same session. Had this issue recently where I parked at the hospital with my heavily pregnant wife. Paid for my session when leaving and was emailed receipt. Looked at app later and see the session has come back on my app incorrectly and now they want double the price. Contacted support to remove the session as I had already paid. The app even shows I have paid for the same session in the payment history. No reply from support and charge keeps going up, so ended up having to pay for it again and will hope I will be refunded and given compensation/apology. Just the stress you need when you’re going to the hospital when your wife is overdue. Extremely poorly designed app and obviously hasn’t been tested properly before release. Shocking support too with no response to issues that needs rapid replies. Would give this app and company zero stars if I could. Would say not to download but then you pretty much have to when using Trust car parks. Not surprised to see countless 1 star reviews too. Will be writing to the hospital to make sure they don’t renew your contract.

Regularly misreads my cars number plate and now down for 2 days for maintenance.

When the railway station in Peterborough implemented this solution being an IT manager I though great, something to make my life easier. In reality not the case about 1/2 the time I use the station car park; regularly doesn’t read my number plate (it’s a normal one) and now after trying several times on today’s occasion I get the maintenance message so I call and I found the App is down for 2 days for maintenance. “Two Days” isn’t maintenance and if it is the best your technology team can manage then you should be asking some questions.. can you imagine if Google was down for “two days” of maintenance..
Come on guys great idea, now it’s time to deliver it and in the age old phrase “walk the talk!”
