the request was answered within 24 hours despite being a weekend called the next day assessed the situation with my dormer roof and gave me a quote for the restoration of the roof .the scaffolding was ordered and work began in three daysthe remains of the old roofing removed the new boarding fitted and rubber skin applied.at this point i asked Lee to check the other dormer The report was not good - it was loose, Lee asked if i wanted to proceed with that one. having seen pictures of it i said yes as the scaffold was up, it would save the cost of scaffolding work started on the second dormer the same day and progressed rapidly being stripped, boarded and made watertight that daythe next day was snow and windy so no work, the day after had snow but the day after they were back and finished the trim and pointing of the ridge tiles a job well done thank you

This is my experience Thought I would go with these as I like the idea but get no help from them and even when I asked for help to try and get more customers they didn’t won’t to help at all Even when a year was up not one phone call to see how it went or anything they just dropped me without communicating just an email to say your up for renewal and if left just take you off. Although I did have an email saying they tried to contact via phone but it never happened. It would have been nice for someone to call to discuss the membership so had to go elsewhere where I get lots of help and communication and works coming in now on the another site. Sad really because I like sites that help customers decide and pick genuine honest tradesmen but wouldn’t recommend these unfortunately.

I searched for Washing Machine Repairs in Southport which surprisingly yielded zero results.So I then expanded my search area to Merseyside which is the very large county that incorporates Southport (as well as Liverpool etc) and waited for the results to fill the screen.Well apparently there are no Washing Machine Repairers in Merseyside...Lol! Well at least none that want to register on Trust A Trader anyway.I guess Traders don’t want to risk getting negative feedback so are giving sites like these a wide birth?Which says more about the Traders than this site, which I think most consumers think is a good idea.Unfortunately, if no trades people are on the platform, it renders it redundant, so I will sadly be deleting this App.Trust A Trader need to “sell” the benefits (such as increased repeat business etc) of their service to Trades people before they go under themselves!I would love a response from Trust A Trader to this review on here.
