The new app is a lot better than the old app and so far is a lot easier to use. If the developers are reading this, can I recommend that you introduce under branch selector the option to select 1 or 2 secondary branches if the product isn’t available at your selected/primary branch. This is sort available through a browser if you haven’t logged in but as soon as login and select a branch, have to go through and reset you to different locations to find if it’s available.
Having used this for a while I would also like to recommend a change of colour to the button if next day is available on product. At the the moment it’s the same colour as available in branch to collect. Recently when ordering multiple items I have been caught out when going to to collect and finding out 1 item is next day and not realising this but this is usually the item I want that day.

I’ve just upgraded to the “new” app, as the version I had wouldn’t load hardly any content and when I did a search for anything the search results were completely empty. Unfortunately the new version is exactly the same.
The app is suppose to make it easier, quicker and more convenient.
It’s the opposite I’m afraid, harder, slower and a total inconvenience. I always buy on the app before I arrive at the store. The app won’t let me search anything, change my favourite store location or buy anything. Screwfix it is then.

When I tried to enter the store location my iPhone insisted in trying to put my home postcode address in and I have spent 20 minutes trying to get around the problem . It would not accept the store location(city) Postcode or location by name namely Peterborough . The apple iPhone insisted in trying to put my own postcode in which is PE1 2QT . I am not sure how I eventually managed to get around the problem . Not had the problem before but it is a big turn off using your system . I think the notation that requires postcode or location be a little bit more specific . I am still unsure whether you were expecting the store location or my personal home postcode . Apple definitely thought you needed my home postcode . The fact that you always insist on giving an email address means that I have wasted nearly an hour trying to buy one item . I like the Peterborough store but I nearly used another supplier . I see no reason why you always insist on the email address even when trying to use the Guest purchase system . R W Nolan
