This app is a great way to secure the best match pet sitter for your pets at only £99 per year. It’s also a great way for pet sitters to stay at a great home whilst they can travel and see the world, looking after someone’s home and pets without having to pay for accommodation. I recommend it to anyone who loves their pets and who doesn’t want their pets to be taken out of their environment and disrupt their lives while on holiday. It’s great as pet sitters come with reviews and you’ll be able to interview them before making your final choice. This app is easy to use and once you’ve set up your profile with pictures f your home and pets and house rules, the rest is easy, just post your holiday dates way in advance and start the selection process, as many times as you want during the year

I recently had to leave a sit early as the family’s dog had shown aggression, bit me and tried to attack my partner (without the family telling us her behaviour was like this) We were told several times by the company that it’s our right to CANCEL our sit aslong as there is care provided for the animals which the company TOLD us they would sort this and contact the family on our behalf. We had to leave early for work anyway, on our way to work we got a call asking us where the house keys had been left for the next carer to come look after the animals and they asked if we are ok and that they will help them get the care they need. Today I got an email threatening to have our account shut down because we didn’t provide care for the animals when we left but THEY said they were sorting it so they refused to accept it was their error. I had proof of all this. I contacted them with the relevant proof, it brought great confusion as they themselves had told me this. They then stopped replying to me and i went back on the app to find our account has been taken down. I can’t log back in and there has been no other communication I can’t even get through to the emergency number as no one is ever available to take my call now. I’ve not got a refund either. I will never be using this app ever again. AVOID!!

Complete waste of money. I paid for the app as there was no free trial, couldn’t find any suitable person to look after our pets whilst we were on our honeymoon, people who looked suitable never replied so ended up sending our puppy to a kennel after paying £90 to have a fancy but useless app on my phone. I asked for a refund within a couple of days of downloading the app and was told that they won’t issue a refund. The only people who applied to our ads were people I wouldn’t want in my home or anywhere near my pets. I tried my best to be open minded after they told me that I cannot have a refund as money is tight so eventually accepted an application but decided to not go ahead with the sit within 24 hours of accepting the app. Your house is your home, where you feel safe, where your pets feel safe. Don’t let the reviews fool you and let some stranger into your home as you are away as you won’t have a minute rest. loved the idea of the app and really did try to be open minded but ended up losing £90. I am also very disappointed that they don’t issue refund even hours after downloading the app. I would not recommend anyone downloading this. Put your money towards a decent kennel where you know your pet is safe.

Great website with some lovely people, pets and properties. We’re onto our third sit now and have several others lined up. It’s a great way to travel the world and experience actually living somewhere rather than just staying somewhere. The app has a lovely look and feel to it, although doesn’t work as well as some other sites and it can be quite frustrating to manage messages and sit opportunities. It would benefit from a some message folders and/or better labels, a calendar function, as well as a preview function from the map view.Hope to see improvements in due course, but that aside the site does a good job of connecting owners and their pets with verified sitters. Regularly recommend!
