TUI Credit Card 4+

When using the phone app it is difficult to make a payment from your usual debit card. Every single detail has to be entered and the process is much more prolonged than other banking apps. A saved payment feature would make this easier to use.

I can see that you're on the latest version, so I'm not too sure why this option is not showing for you, so I do apologise about this. Normally, once you've made a successful payment, the app should give you an option to save your debit card details.

When taking out this card we kept seeing loyalty bonus in £s when we phoned to ask where they go we were told they go towards another holiday when you book it. We were unaware of this and have already booked again! Guess what it’s only if you use the tui card to book it... I feel let down and think they should explain in full when being offered the card... ok end of moan, just be aware
