Pulse Card 4+

Easy, clear and good service.

I can only praise the service I receive from Pulse. Very easy to make purchases and payments. Good security for an Online retailer. Precise information whenever you purchase, pay and pay your balance at the end of the month. Staff are always helpful if you need to make contact with them for whatever reason. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them highly. Use them with confidence.

Running totals now missing from transactions page

Latest update has removed the ‘total spent since last statement’ and when you scroll down the ‘total of last statement’ from the transaction page. One quick way to see how much I’ve spent this far through the month, which was a very useful way to keep track of my spending.

Now I have to tap on statements, tap on the last month, note the amount, go to the home page and note the total owed, subtract the last statement total from the overall total and finally know how much I’ve spent so far this month. To have to make notes and do maths is ridiculous when this is supposed to be an app to manage your credit card. It’s like I’ve gone back to the 80s and the notebook I used to use to keep track of my spending!

Please reinstate these running totals.

Good app to control your pulse card.

Does everything that you need the app to do, pay, transfer (if available) check balance and check transactions, I will say the only thing it doesn’t do is give you the card full number which I needed once as I had lost the card and needed to make an online purchase, but that’s good really for security and your safety, so 5 stars as very happy with the app, and hasn’t crashed yet.
