UNDOK™ is the companion app for your compatible connected radio or speaker. Use UNDOK to connect your product to your wireless network, set it up and add more products to your home in the future.
UNDOK allows you to add multiple speakers to a multi-room zone to play music in sync around the house; or have your speakers play different music, and control all of them from the same app. Set the volume of the group or individual devices, play/pause, browse content in your DLNA compatible music libraries, and play internet radio stations from the built-in portal featuring over 20,000 stations and podcasts, all from within one app. UNDOK is also compatible with Spotify Connect so you can play your music directly from your Spotify app into your group of speakers. Other supported audio sources include line input, DAB, FM radio, Bluetooth. The sources displayed in UNDOK will depend on the functionality enabled in your audio device.

Now needs location services on to work!!
I have been using this app with Roberts Stream 93i for several years now and it has been very good! Until I install ios13 on my iPhone 7 - now it reports that there is no wifi connection even though there is! To get round this I have discovered that you must have location services enabled on the iPhone and allow the UNDOK app to use it. It then works as it always has. If you turn off location services again it goes straight back to reporting there is no wifi connection!!
I do not like having location services enabled on my phone by default as it uses too much battery and I do not have need for it. Also, I do not understand why UNDOK needs to know your location - this is a breach of personal security!!!
I am now back to using the remote control that came with the radio until this ‘problem’ is fixed!!!

Hi, Since iOS13 location services must be enabled so that UNDOK can get access to your Wi-Fi network information. Without this information UNDOK will not be able to connect to your network and discover radios. This is why location services must always be enabled. UNDOK does not need location information for any other reason and does not record anything about your location. UNDOK Support
Should face legal proceedings
Reading the reviews, and the total lack of responsibility taken by the developers, I wonder just how many people have lost a great deal of money buying speaker systems rendered unfit for purpose. Although I have not yet looked into it, I would guess that the reliance of Roberts multi-room systems on an app (Undock) which, at best, works intermittently would be in breach of the Sales of Goods Act. Equally, I wouldn’t be surprised if Roberts’ decision to cease production, and direct sales of existing stock, of their multi-room product range, resulted from the weakness of the app. The thing I personally consider to be a total disgrace is that, when the developers occasionally respond to the plethora of disappointed users, they simply suggest updating to the latest version of their app, despite the persistence of numerous problems and bugs. In my opinion, Undock is seriously damaging the Roberts brand. Not sure if a class action to compensate consumers of Roberts multi-room systems would be taken against Roberts or Undock. In any case, I imagine the developers would either choose to ignore it or otherwise suggest that everyone “updates to the latest version”.
Cutting out frequently
I’m really delighted with my Roberts I-Stream radio, but this app needs a bit of an overhaul.
I’m finding that when I’m sitting in the garden, only around 8’ from the radio that the radio disappears from the app. When I’m using Blue Tooth on my radio, for some reason it frequently stops playing my Apple Music. This does not happen to any other products, where my source is wi-fi or bluetooth. Thank goodness I’m up to date with my gadgets and i just require to press the “play” option on my Apple Watch, otherwise I’d be continuously going into my phone.
I hope that there will be a new update soon, when these issues will be rectified.
