Super useful app. View bills. Submit meter readings. One touch contact etc.

This is a fantastically useful app, you can immediately see a very clear copy of your bill, submit a meter reading instantly, they even have a little torch button to shine inside your meter box from the app :-). You can contact by phone or email from within the app without needing to look up phone numbers or find your account number, you can also view your cashback transactions and top up your cashback card to save even more money on all your shopping! View your mobile phone usage etc. Brilliant. Well done UW.

Can’t top up using app

Moved into my property approximately 6.5 weeks ago was told on the phone when registering that they have an app I could top up my gas and electricity from. I thought this was gonna be really easy and straightforward and the gentleman on the phone said I would only need to wait around 24 hours for my account to go live so I downloaded the app after registering my details with them and it would not let me register for weeks because it kept saying my date of birth did not match their records so I called them many times to explain this and every time they would repeat what I was told at the start “it takes a while for your account to go live” anyway - I finally got it sorted when I called last week and apparently they had put my date of birth as the secondary one opposed to the primary one so I waited 24 hours as instructed and finally got on only to find when I click energy it won’t even let me top up from my phone and if I want to top up online I have to use google chrome because it’s not even compatible with safari so I feel like it’s just been a complete waste of time and in the end instead of it being easy and straightforward it’s just made things more difficult.

Brilliant useful app

This app is really handy to keep on track of bills energy usage and topping up the cash back card i use it often to keep tabs on our bills and if i need to contact utility warehouse i do so via the app and email response is always pretty quick

App suggestion:
It would be really handy if there was an option for the router instead of logging in on the website to reset/restart the router edit password etc and also maybe a live chat option obviously dependant on how many advisors/workers able to do so
