I’ve been using this app for a few years now and found it to be a valuable asset. Not only does it advise me about my own vehicles road tax, Insurance and MOT anniversaries but I have also used it to help & advise my family and friends to look-up the details on their current vehicles and those that they (at the time) were potentially going to buy It is also very useful when being involved in a road collision situation as you can check (whilst at the roadside) to see if the other vehicle(s) are legally on the road and whether the authorities might be required to attend. For me, there’s nothing like this for ease-of-use and its applications are not only what I required but also expected. I’m really glad I installed this app which was back in 2019 as I’ve used it well over 100 times. I paid for the premium upgrade on different vehicle so that I had the technical specifications to hand for things like tyre pressures & sizes as well as other important information you may require. I think this is a really good app, especially for anyone who may need reminding about their vehicle requirements and it’s a blessing when involved with others on the highway. I paid an extra £4.99 for the Premium information, which in all honesty has to be money well spent and particularly as it is not a large sum. Rating - 5* 👍

Excellent and very useful!

How many times do people forget their MOT, tax, a service etc. Well this app will prevent it ever happening to you with all of your vehicle details checked and some automatically updated.

I have a small collection of classic motorcycles and I am able to see at a glance in my garage all the information I need. If I select a specific bike I have VIN numbers, service requirements and technical data down to tyre pressures and sizes etc. It takes a little setting up but with your favourite picture of your vehicles uploaded it’s great to flick through.

One of my favourite applications ever it is useful for anyone who has a car, but if you have a number of vehicles it is essential and with a classic collection it appeals to the geek in me and in this case well worth the one off £1.99 upgrade to the unlimited version.

Useful app but appalling customer service!

I have used this app for 2-3 years now and always found it useful however yesterday I received messages over mileage and MOT information fields telling me I needed to sign in for that information. I contacted customer service who ignored the "sign-in" requirement and repeatedly told me I was using a different app despite the fact that the information came from their app and I contacted their customer service through the app, and then they became rude when I was persistent about the issue, incredibly telling me that complaining was being rude. It felt like I was talking to my teenage daughter! The person responding to my customer support enquiry was childish, combative, confrontational and immature in their approach to customer queries. Hence my score of only two stars. I'll continue to use the app as it is better than their customer support, but I have now downloaded 2 other apps that give me further information than this app.

You mentioned you contacted us via the app support, which sounds odd as we do not provide any customer support directly in the app. There is no chat facility and all support is by email only.
