An absolute blessing as a new pup parent!

French bulldog puppies are absolutely gorgeous little dogs and a lot of fun, but they aren’t without their fair share of health problems! As a new dog mum, Vidivet was an absolute blessing in answering any and all questions that I had about my new French bulldog puppy as she was growing up (and trust me there were a lot!) Response time is always within a matter of minutes, no matter what time of the day (or night!) Vidivet completely puts my mind at ease and provides practical next steps to take without having to rush to the vet and swallow an astronomical vet bill every time! I really am so thankful for all the help and support they provide, and with such a friendly and passionate attitude!

Easy to use and you get help

It was midnight (U.K.) and I needed some help reading my cat’s pain status. I uploaded a photo of my cat and described what’s happened and what I need. Within a few minutes I received a video recording from a Dr vet probably from US (American accent and daylight) explaining in detail what they think my cat was going through, what symptoms to watch out for to ascertain if my cat was in pain and what to do next. It was very helpful to me and put my mind at rest, knowing my cat is ok and doesn’t need any further medical help at that time. The app is very simple and intuitive to use, which I love, and you get real help when using it.

This is such a fantastic and reassuring service for pet owners with super quick replies from understanding, friendly and helpful vets. I’ve chatted with 4 vets from VidiVet about a problem with my dog and they were able to advise, guide and tell me when an in person visit to my normal vet was required for examination and medication. They also followed up with me to check in when I was worried about something. The fact that this service is available at weekends and outside of normal working hours is a godsend as my normal vet is only open for 1 hour over the weekend.
