I have always used Waitrose as a shopper that attends the store, but due to this pandemic I have used the click and collect option which I have been more than impressed by, I have also secured a home delivery slot, I found this to be exceptionally easy, quick and very convenient.
My driver was called Harry, he was very courteous, had great manners and very helpful indeed, including informing me of a return service for John Lewis parcels.
I have found the app exceptionally easy to use and also appreciate the favourite link making it super quick to.

I would like to thank all members of staff that have contributed to my orders making this a very smooth and easy transaction indeed

Disappointed of Sudbury ,

Review as requested, alas disappointed

Hard to get a slot, first on in weeks, however Tesco delivery each week - we shop at Waitrose Sudbury, we are currently housebound both my husband and myself and am disappointed that our normal shop could not service us in our time of need. My husband has been house bound for a year and a half and is attended by the District Nurses - - I have a hand infection and can’t drive as well as being in hospital for a week with this problem , yet until now we have not had that much of a service from our prime shop. In the early days we tried to phone and advise our position but your phones just gave out a recorded message before hanging up - not what we expect from Waitrose - very disappointing. Let’s hope you improve by the time I can drive again, a loyal customer badly let down by the shore she uses most.

I always feel a sense of excitement when I enter the Hitchin Waitrose store. Fist of all, I look at the beautiful flowers. I usually buy white and green to match my tablecloth in the conservatory or reds and oranges to Match my sitting room.
Having read up on some seasonal recipes in magazines, I have a list of ingredients that I need.
I always buy some fifty/fifty crab, avocados, olives stuffed with anchovies and your delicious Bouillbase soup.
Everyone has their favourites and I think I am a ‘fishy person.
In fact, my favourite fish is Turbot but, unfortunately, it is expensive...
My daughter lives in New Zealand and her husband farms Venison so it was great to see that you sell it. They always marinate the cervenna, tender breast, on the barbie with, of course, a delicious Pinot Noir from Martinborough...
Cronuts from the Clareville Bakery Was the most delicious cake I enjoyed on my last visit to NZ. A finger sized doughnut, filled with vanilla bean cream, just small enough not to be too self-indulgent, but absolutely delicious...
Still Looking for frozen, peeled Butternut Squash as it’s so difficult to peel. You probably have it but haven’t found it yet...
I was so disappointed when the old Stevenage store closed but It’s not far to drive to Hitchin and what a lovely town it is!
