Nice idea just not working
Can open and view Menüs but cannot book anything. Always get an error message. So having to call the hotel instead.
Doesn’t Work
The app constantly glitches, its not intuitive, won’t allow me to reset my password but doesn’t tell me why, I just get the ‘password reset failed’ message….have I entered too many or too little characters? Have I used the wrong characters? Who knows?!
Watergate Bay is one on my fav hotels & I would expect a better app experience if this is what they would like you to use to manage your bookings.
Potentially the most irritating app I’ve ever used
Honestly, just delete the app. It’s infuriating to log in, with many “password does not match” messages when you know the password. No option to actually tester the password. After eventually getting in, I tried to make a massage booking … turns out I needed to call them. Super irritating and a bad reflection on the hotel brand.
