Just doesn’t feel very ‘Sani’
It’s slow, difficult to browse the days activities, restaurants show as fully booked when they are most entirely empty, the map doesn’t show half of the Porto complex. The website is more up to date.
We organised our stay more easily once on site by using WhatsApp to speak to concierge, and after several nights stay realised it was the app misleading us about restaurant bookings.
I wish they had just told us on arrival not to bother with it.
Slow
Navigation through the app is very slow with long loading times, even if you are just swapping between two recently opened sections. Makes it rather frustrating, though not entirely unusable.
Suspect it would benefit from the app size being larger with less data being required to be downloaded for each button press.
This app needs UX / UI and UX Research!!
It doesn’t function or flow very well. It doesn’t cater enough for guests. The loading time is too slow and I think overall, for such a resort, it needs research and design work asap!!!
