Who knows if it works. Always worried it hasn’t registered as despite the ‘successful’ notification that pops up if you don’t screen shot it right away you’ll never be able to see it in history or anywhere in the app again…. It crashes when using history or view options. Its abysmal. And if I didn’t have to use it I’d use another car park completely. Also businesses attached to their car parks… Better Leisure… I’m pointing it out to you! No matter how often you mention it to staff they’re go to is we can’t do anything about it. It’s not something to do with us…. It’s used by your customers you should care. As there are times it’s meant I don’t use your businesses (and I’m sure I’m not alone) because of the parking hassle. There are so many other apps that are user friendly that you could opt for! Listen to the complaints. Besides mine I heard reception get complaints from two others just in the 5 minutes I was there!

Firstly, this is probably the worst app I’ve used with poor info on parking from the company using it….. acknowledge and upgrade your app and change your signage.
Here’s how to get logged on to pay.
1) don’t try and use the app initially to sign up - their OTPs don’t send to emails (even though they say ‘successfully sent).
Sign up on a home computer/lap top.
2)You can add car and card details on home computer BUT you can’t pay for parking on the home computer.
3)Download app on phone and log in with details used on home computer. Search for parking area on map using the three lines on RHS on map page - and finally -set up payment!
** If you have downloaded the app prior to logging on via a home computer you will need to delete the app and reinstall otherwise you get in the same loop of not recognising details or asking for a OTP…..😡🤪***
I hope this review saves you from going crazy - like I’ve been today.
Good luck - the app is so awful!

1. You can buy a period of time for parking - but it does NOT take the 30 min FREE parking into account, so you either have keep your eye on the clock and remember to buy the parking just before the FREE time expires; or take a hit on extra cost.
2. You can add a vehicle, but can’t edit the details, like make, model, colour or even the reg. Guess you have to delete the vehicle and add it again.
3. Current parking session button crashes the app. Not obvious how to find and select the current car park.
4. Claims you can use ApplePay, but you don’t appear to have that option, and have to put in your card details. Can’t add a nickname, so need to remember the last 4 digits of your favourite card (personal/work)
