Fails to show account in full nor enables you to change monthly payment
The program shows the current balance but not a statement to show how the figure is arrived at. Furthermore with the dreadful rise in cost of fuel does not allow for a review of the monthly payments.

Hopeless
I’m not sure why they bother launching a non-functioning app. You register, it says it will send you an email, and it doesn’t. At least it’s consistent with the website in this regard, which suffers from the same (pretty critical) glitch. The website is also novel in that it makes it as difficult as possible to find the bit where you can actually order heating oil.
Hopeless
No oil delivered because they couldn’t get access…having managed for 30 years, so no heating for 5 days. Absolutely impossible to speak to anyone. Finally delivered and got invoiced. I know I’m in credit but can’t find where it is on the App. Sorry Watsons, one of your most loyal customers has been forced to look elsewhere. Wonder how long it will take to get the residue of my money back!
