Hi, I’m Canadian and need to call Canadian numbers periodically. I’ve had to call the customer service a few times for mistakes I made like topping up too much accidentally, a number not going through, and changing my phone numbers. Sanna and Riz were so helpful, and knowledgeable. And when you call, there’s no menu (drives me mad!) - just talk to a real live person. I wish all companies could be like this one. And I just found out that when I move back to Canada, I can still use the app to call UK numbers! Amazing!!!

This app is so convenient for calling abroad and the rates are also competitive. I’ve always experienced good connections with no interference and clear audio. Once you grant permission the app allows you to access your iPhone address book so you don’t need to re-enter numbers or dial them manually - very easy to use. Very reliable service and far more practical than having to nip out to the shops to buy a phone card. Highly recommended!!!

What about the calling rate a they are saying in their app it’s only for 1st 10 min. After That your rate will be double . Can you imagine that 😬😬. I never checked my credit after calling. In last couple of times I was trying to track then I realised that they are double charging you. So if your destination country rate is 2p than after 10 min talking they will charge 4p for every min. Even though if you cut the call and do it again. When I have challenged them they are saying it written in our teens and condition. But I went through every single lines of their Terms and condition. No where explain that. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

So after finishing my credit I will not use this app anyone . I better use Tesco calling where terms and condition are clear.

So who ever looking forward to use this app be aware if this condition also will apply to you. So don’t just given them your money. Try something better.

Calling them there is no solution hopefully they all can speak English .
