Subscription payments will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of your purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew and you will be charged unless auto-renew is turned off or unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription or trial period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription during the free trial period. The cost of renewal depends on the Subscription Plan you choose.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal may be managed by going to Account Settings after purchase or by contacting Customer Support.

Best App for IF

This app really adds a few extra dimensions for the serious IF’er. You can add notes about what you ate and what went on that day, good or bad. You can track your weight. It does everything you need it to, would highly recommend.

Not 100% reliable

I really wanted to like this app more but the more I’ve used it the more glitches and inconsistencies I’ve found.

The Watch complications and app doesn’t update very well and can then, more often than not, overwrite the information in the phone app, causing me to have to remember the details the app is supposed to be tracking for me.

It also seems to have a bit of trouble going past midnight as you then can’t edit your start time on the watch app without it switching to the current day. It also doesn’t like you starting/ending your fasts manually and will often show odd timings as a result.

Also I paid for a full years subscription but because I have amended my apple account so that it doesn’t auto-renew I am now asked why I not subscribed every time I open the app, despite my current paid period still being active.

The notifications also do not seem to reference your current fasting/water status as I am constantly getting notifications to start fasting when I have already begun one manually, or a reminder to drink water when I have already hit my goal for the day.

All in all it’s an ok app if you want to vaguely track things and keep a record but I do not think the subscription was at all worth it.

You can get better functionality on the free apps.

Downloaded Window as wanted to support Gin Stevens son as a reader and fan (and Faster) of her Delay Don’t Deny book. This app is still very much in development mode. However the other fasting apps offer much more detail and information than this one. I am now using a free one called Life which is much better and much more ‘encouraging’ and useful.
