Word game by G5
Pretty good game, but what I don’t like, is how every game these days, likes to charge the earth 2 buy xtra chances of winning etc, and that rlly winds me up. Things are expensive enough, I would of thought 💭 there was a better way, to give pple, who play regularly. Otherwise, I am quite enjoying this, as a change from the hidden mystery games I also play.
Intrusive ads
Lately the ads have increased to ast least one ad per 2 rounds. Most ads are unbearably long, some at 1-2 minutes long. Onscreen icons like mute don’t work most of the time…even if you exit the app and go to your main screen the sd’s music or irritating sound continues on! Any attempt to mute ad sound or hit a fast forward icon just take you to App Store! I have vastly decreased my playing time because of new s’s barrage. I was on bonus level stage and though now there are new words to play it’s not worth it because of horrible ads. There’s not even a choice to play ad-free for purchase available.
Please don’t continue to ruin the game with intrusive ads…stick to ads that run at the bottom of the screen. The game screen often freezes sometimes for up to 5 minutes and/or crashes, but I think it’s because of the live ads.
In short, a once decent game ruined by ads.
At least offer player a subscription to play ad free…if at a reasonable price point. I’ve found a couple similar games with minimal ads, if they remain so then I’ll delete this game. On the weekend competition I usually rank in the top 20. Too bad it’s being ruined. I’ve played for about 4 years maybe more. But I’m beginning to really hate it due to increase in ads. And I have over 10,000 stars built up (until I recently used a few, which I rarely do.
Teething problems?
I haven’t been playing this game for long, but I like to do the daily challenge and the trophy challenge (not sure of it’s correct name) but for the past 2 days it has been kicking me off when I should be moving on to the next level and when I log back in I’m having to do the previous level again! I did level 9 three times! Am getting quite fed up with this now and if it carries on will stop playing and delete altogether. So frustrating!
