Workday 4+

This is by far the best work app I have ever used. I can view every team globally, my current and historic pay, request time-off, browse learning, provide feedback to anyone in my company, complete career check ins, performance reviews and much more. The app is responsive and feels just like other apps I use daily, unlike any other poor performing clunky mobile apps I have seen my employer roll out in the past which have never made the grade. Great job Workday!

A lot of the learning and learning courses do not work or cannot be accessed at all. A lot of features and apps, eg with job applications, do not work or cannot be accessed on the app, so is not useful when you need it to work. Please make it so all learning courses can actually be selected, and where possible launched on devices, and also so that things like job applications can be completed in full (including updating your profile). Would be great if more important actions and functions were available on most of the apps within Workday to be honest, it seems to take you around in circles or it just can’t do what you really need it to do. I hope that your developers take this on board as it could be a very useful app if it worked better and didn’t waste time thinking you can do what you want but can’t.

Very poor user experience for viewing and understanding one’s own balance of leave (booked/requested/remaining/etc).
Balance only shown in hours meaning users have to switch to a calculator to work out days remaining.
Leave balance vs leave requests are about six menu clicks away from each other in different parts of the app.
When making a request it doesn’t show what balance that leaves.
End of period balance doesn’t subtract approved future days so you have to go back to the calendar screen and count all your approved futures days through the whole year ahead in order to know how many days you have remaining to book.
