I LOVE this app ♥️

I always struggled with my weight and self image and thought joining a gym was my only option and when it comes down to finding the right gym they are either to far away or to expensive, so I went on the web to search for the best fitness apps. On every one I found the apps would give a very minimal rough version for the people who couldn’t pay for the premium version so I would end up deleting them pretty much straight away. After a few apps I gave up. A year or so later I thought I would like to check again to see if there was anything new. When I went on this app for the first time I knew this was going to be different, I browsed the apps features and was amazed and started straight away. My income is a bit slow at the moment but I didn’t want that to prevent me from keeping fit, so for now I am on the standard version but with everything that the app offers so far I can’t wait to get on the premium. Ever since I started using this app I have found that I have a better rhythm in my life and I am genuinely more happy. My friends have noticed the change in me physically and mentally and are giving me the best feed back and have even downloaded the app for themselves. If you just don’t have the time to be driving up to the gym and back this app is perfect for you.

Extremely good app highly recommend

I’ve been using this app now for over a year after the previous app I became bored off and needed to find something with variety. Well I found it with this app. It’s extremely diverse programs for all levels of fitness, together with the variety of targeting areas of the body or overall, this app has everything and just when you think you have done all the exercises they then spring an amazing update on you with entirely new and updated content so you never have time to get bored or into a routine of daily exercises. I’m addicted and use this app to workout five times a week. It’s a very easy to navigate, intuitive app that doesn’t include all the healthy diet plan stuff which i hate it’s purely exercises and I really do feel like I have a trainer in my house motivating me. Every program comes with a preview of what the exercises and timings are (they all vary) so this is great as you may find some days you just don’t have the energy levels this way you can choose to suit your mood. I can’t say enough great things! And if the people who own the app are reading this review well done on keeping me intrigued and interested! Also please add more programs similar to 30 days of Pilates! I love the variety of this!

MUST HAVE!! ✨

Within 2 small workouts, I had lost nearly 100 calories! I thought I was lazy and I hated excersize but with this app, there is music on the it so I can go to the rhythm and now, it is so addictive! Before this, the only thing I did for excersize was walk but now, I know that every day I am going to get changed into my sports clothes and go straight on this! You don’t need to pay for any of the excersizes and you can do them all at home inside your living room, whether you have a small apartment or a huge house! You can set what you want to improve on and what age you are. I asked to improve on nearly everything they had and I can already feel myself improving on all of them! This is such a must have and I have already recommended this app to so many of my friends. This app is totally free and is friendly to all ages. 5 🌟s for sure!!!! If you think you’re not too sure about the fact of excersizing during your day, you can do a 5 minute workout to a 10 minute one and you can chose what workout you want to do. It gave me so many choices and I am looking forward to see the improvement on my mental and physical health!!! Thank you
