The app is great as are the clothes, my first go to site for wearables as the clothes are actually made to fit larger people and are comfy, also the styles are realistic for bigger people unlike some retailers who seem to make clothes to accentuate lumps and bumps rather than flatter. I would have given 5* but on my latest order for 4 items, as I went to pay I noticed only 3 items on the order. I investigated but couldn’t find what wasn’t being paid for until I had completed payment. Looking at paid order I saw what hadn’t been included and assume it was sold out. Annoying because now if I wanted to look for something similar it would be another order with another postage charge so I didn’t bother.

I order a lot of clothes from you & am really disappointed tonight. I had 2 items in my basket but, even though I kept checking at the checkout my basket said 2 items in basket. Dark charcoal tight & black tights only 1 (dark charcoal) went through. This means that if I do another order for the black tights I risk losing out on 25% off deal & will have to pay another delivery charge therefore I won’t be ordering them.I haven’t had problems before.

Impossible to order through the app. Every time I go to checkout it just says my basket is empty and then points me to some info about cookies. I don’t really care about what the technology is behind moving my basket from an app to a website, I would just hope it worked! Also, the app keeps showing the same clothes when scrolling down, even before I’ve seen everything - why waste my time like that? If I wanted to look/buy it I would have clicked the first time I saw it! The Clothes themselves are so-so, but unfortunately there’s not a lot out there for larger women so unable to really shop elsewhere too much. I find the clothes to all be far too long in the body (I am 5,9 with 28” leg, so should be pretty ‘normal’). And lastly, where are the pockets?! Please add more pockets to trousers!
