The latest update to Zing Coach has some long-awaited improvements to give you more control over your sessions:

It's Here: Add or Remove Exercises

You can finally adapt your workouts by choosing new exercises to include or removing exercises you don't like! Here's how: from your workout preview, tap the "Add" button to search for new exercises or get recommendations based on your level, restrictions, and available equipment, then integrate them into your planned workout. You can delete exercises from your workout just by swiping them. As an added bonus, you can also now group up to 3 exercises into Supersets – told you, you're now in complete control of your workouts!

Almost perfect gym app. Only one tweak needed!

I love this app, I love how it incorporates ai and has a vast amount of personalisation to help creat workouts suited to you as an individual, my biggest interest is the fact you can put in injuries to specific muscle groups I’d like to make a suggestion to the devs. If possible could you add in more muscle groups or even tendons or joints like wrist joint or calf muscles. I have issues with both of these but there is not an option to say I have these issues and a lot of exercises it says I can do it won’t modify or change them for me. This small change could make the difference to be an absolute necessity of an app.

So close to perfect BUT…

Love this app, before zing I was just winging it doing a bit of this then a bit of that in the gym but felt like I wasn’t making progress despite going 3-4 times a week. I love how this makes it easy for me to do consistent workouts knowing all the key muscle groups will be worked- I also love that you can swap out an exercise if a machine is in use. HOWEVER on whatever day you set up the app that will be the day your plan starts from and your rest days are just randomly put in based on that. So currently my rest days are on Tuesdays and Fridays and I have big workouts on the weekends. But I’d like to be able to rest on the weekends. I’d like to be able to manually customise my workout schedule so that I can plan rest days around my personal schedule and be able to change it week to week. I know that I can just skip a workout and then finally customise a workout day but it thows my progress off and looks unbalanced.
Basically it would be great to have a more interactive plan schedule- so you can see when your next leg day, core day etc is and be able to choose your own rest days and plan accordingly.

Great App

loving the app. I’d like to make a couple of recommendations that I think would make a big difference to the user, 1. When your in the middle of logging a workout I think it would be good to be able to have a back button if you’ve made a mistake on your previous log. 2. A skip and back button during logging would also be handy as sometime in the gym equipment is occupied and you need to swap your sets around. 3. In workouts it would be nice to be able to label the workouts rather then just Full Body, Lower Body & Upper Body and also be able to edit their positions
